The Board
The management of Encino Park is accomplished by the Association Manager and the Board of Directors. The Association Manager is hired by the board and handles most of the day-to-day business of keeping the Association running.
The nine members of the Board of Directors are elected by the homeowners in a general election held at the annual meeting. Members serve a 3 year term, and the terms are staggered so that one-third of the seats are up for election each year.
