Dear Member of Encino Park,
As president of the Encino Park Homeowner's Association, I welcome you to a very special neighborhood. Encino Park has been an established San Antonio community for 30 years. As you know, we offer many amenities in professionally managed settings for a very reasonable annual assessment. On these pages you will find information about the various clubs and organizations that we offer. I highly encourage you to get to know your neighbors and become involved in keeping our community a wonderful place to live.
The entrance marquee and our monthly newsletter are the two primary ways we communicate with our members. You will see the marquee every time you drive into Encino Park from Highway 281. I believe you will find the newsletter interesting and informative every time you read it. This website also gives you great information and the calendar is updated every month.
Our Office Manager is Kathy Matulis. You can reach Kathy at the Community Center at 497-3022. The Office Manager's email address is epmgr@sbcglobal.net. The Encino Park HOA website is www.encinoparkhoa.org. The staff will be happy to assist you with any additional information about the neighborhood. Your Encino Park Homeowner's Association, Board of Directors also holds a meeting, the fourth Tuesday of every other month, the meeting starts at 7:30 PM at the Community Center. And on these months, (May, July, September, October- General meeting, December) an open meeting is held for you to attend and voice your concerns. Your block captain can also be a friendly source of information about the neighbors on your street and the community in general.
